Packed and crated to ship anywhere.
International moves require a different level of preparation — proper crating, export documentation, and a freight partner who knows how to handle a household shipment at port. Koller handles the origin work; our trusted freight partners handle the ocean.
International moves involve packing, crating, domestic transport to port, ocean freight, and customs documentation. Every project is scoped individually. Call (479) 782-2088 or use the contact form to start a conversation.
We pack and crate.
Partners ship.
Koller's role in an international move is the most critical part: the origin work. Items going overseas need to be packed and crated to a standard that survives ocean freight — that means custom wooden crating for fragile and high-value pieces, proper void fill, moisture protection, and documentation that satisfies customs in the destination country.
We build custom crates at our Fort Smith facility. Artwork, antiques, electronics, musical instruments, and furniture that can't safely be loaded loose into a container gets its own engineered crate sized and lined to hold it securely for weeks at sea. Each crate is labeled with item-level content inventories for customs.
Once packed and crated, we coordinate with our established freight forwarding partners to handle the international leg — port pickup, container loading, ocean transit, customs clearance, and delivery at the destination port. We will be clear with you about what Koller handles directly and what our partners handle; you will have one point of contact on our side throughout.
Timelines for international moves are longer than domestic ones — customs clearance alone can take several weeks in some countries. We plan for this at the quoting stage so there are no surprises about when your goods arrive.

Step by step.
Inventory and quote
We walk through your household, catalog what needs to ship internationally versus what travels domestically or goes into storage, and build a complete scope before pricing.
Pack and crate
Our crew packs to international standards and builds custom crates on-site for anything too fragile or valuable for standard boxes. Every piece is inventoried.
Domestic transport to port
We load the container or consolidate into freight at our warehouse and transport to the departure port. Timing is coordinated with your freight partner's schedule.
Ocean transit and delivery
Our freight partners handle the ocean leg, customs clearance, and delivery at the destination. You hear from us at each major milestone.
Start with a conversation.
International moves have a lot of variables. Tell us where you're going and roughly what you're taking — we'll map out the scope and get back to you with a preliminary quote.
