Some customers want the crew to pack everything — every closet, every cabinet, every shelf. Others need just the kitchen or Grandma's china handled by professionals, and a few prefer white-glove service for fine antiques and art. Koller does full-home packing, room-by-room partial packing, and single-category specialty packing.

Fragile items are the area where professional packing makes the biggest difference. A dish-pack box uses cell-divided construction, which strengthens the box wall, providing quality protection. Dishware is wrapped and placed on its edge to utilize its strength point and protect from chipping and breakage. Stemware is individually wrapped and placed neck-down in padded layers. Artwork is wrapped for packing into flatland mirror boxes — glassine and bubble wrap is utilized when required. These methods exist because they work, and they take time to do — time that most homeowners don't have the night before a move.

Electronics — monitors, printers, projectors, turntables — go into custom-fit foam inserts when original boxes are available, or into standard electronics boxes with full void fill when they aren't. We keep fragile items and electronics on the top tier of the truck load, not at the bottom of a pile.
