Koller's warehouse at 615 S E Street has been operating as a moving and storage facility since 1983, and a military-approved storage facility since 1990. Your goods are stored in our facility — padded and secured — not in an open self-storage unit. Though not climate-controlled, our concrete block warehouse has successfully stored grand pianos, great-grandma's antique couch, and everyday household goods, without incurring damage, for more than 40 years.
We offer Storage in Transit (SIT) for moves that need a bridge between load-out and delivery. If you close on your old house before the new one is ready, or if you have a week between your apartment lease ending and your house being available, your things go into our warehouse and come back out when you're ready. Storage can be added to any move at the time of booking.
Long-term storage — several months or more — works the same way, just on a different billing cycle. We have customers who store seasonal items, business inventory, or household goods during a renovation. If your situation is outside the norm, just describe it, and we'll tell you if it fits.
Items stored with us are wrapped, padded, and crated. Bulky items are wrapped and placed onto a specialty rack and never left to sit on the ground. We use the same care standards for loading a truck for delivery.
Our warehouse is not conducive to self-storage needs. If you prefer climate control or easy access to your belongings, we are happy to deliver into your chosen self-storage facility. The Koller crew will pack your items to fit — tight to save space and cost, or arranged so you can walk in and reach what you need. Just tell us what you're looking for.
